Kwik-Fit Fleet is to extend a free fleet vehicle servicing and MoT collection and delivery service following a successful pilot.
The service, which is being provided in partnership with Autoclenz, willbe rolled out to 220 Kwik-Fit sites this month and plans are underway to make it available nationally. It has been launched to meet demand from Kwik-Fit’s end-user fleets, and contract hire and leasing company customers.
Gary Ralph, UK business development manager for fleet service, maintenance and repair at Kwik-Fit, said: “Our new no-cost collection and delivery service overcomes that issue so allows employees to carry on with their work while their vehicle is collected from and then returned to their location of choice."
The pilot vehicle collection and delivery service was launched earlier this year and involved 30 Kwik-Fit centres in Bristol, West London and South West London. Company car drivers can request the collection and delivery service when booking their vehicle in for a service and/or MoT through Kwik-Fit’s call centre.
The centre’s service team make the vehicle booking online and then send an email to the Autoclenz collection and delivery team, explaining from where and when the vehicle requires collection and the location of the centre. A mobile phone text reminder is simultaneously sent to the driver confirming the booking of the collection and delivery service.
