IT firm IMASS has introduced a fuel card and mileage capture website for the 60 drivers in its employee car ownership (Eco) scheme.
Previously, drivers had to pay for all fuel and claim work mileage back through expenses. The new website should also reduce administration.
Austin Morley, HR manager, said: "Now drivers log total miles and business miles every month and pay for private miles automatically via a deduction of their salary.
