Hymans Robertson has introduced a car leasing scheme as a voluntary benefit for its employees.

The scheme, provided by Affinity Vehicle Leasing, offers employees a personal contract hire option, whereby the car is returned at the end of a fixed period, and personal contract purchase, where the car can be purchased at the end of the lease period.

Typically, employees have to pay a deposit amounting to around a three-month hire cost, but there are some vehicles to choose from that do not require a deposit. A wide range of cars have been made available under the scheme to suit the needs of a diverse workforce.

Peter Hennessey, HR advisor at Hymans Roberston, said: “It is a very diverse range. There are certainly some environmentally friendly vehicles there but it is a pretty comprehensive range.

"Rather than make assumptions and pin things down we have gone with the full range [the scheme] can offer.”
