Hull College Group has launched a car salary sacrifice scheme for its 1,200 employees.
The organisation has introduced the scheme as part of a wide-ranging employee benefits package, provided by BHSF Employee Benefits.
The scheme, TCH Salsa, provided by TCH Leasing, was launched in May 2016 and is available to all employees.
It allows staff to acquire a new car every two to three years via a salary sacrifice arrangement, allowing employees to save on tax and national insurance.
The scheme includes insurance, service, maintenance and repair costs.
The salary sacrifice car scheme will be communicated via presentation sessions at Hull College Group's Harrogate and Hull campuses, enabling staff to ask questions and learn more about the programme.
Alison Taylor, director of human resources and organisational development at Hull College Group, said: “As part of our wider benefits package provided by BHSF Employee Benefits, the TCH Salsa scheme is a great way to enable our employees to acquire a brand new car every two or three years at a cost-effective price. Increased duty-of-care and reduced CO2 emissions can also be achieved by offering our staff access to modern, low-emission cars.”
