Furniture specialist Harveys has switched from a multi-supplier to a sole-supplier approach in the provision of around 140 contract-hire cars for its staff.
Harveys, part of the Steinhoff UK retail group which also owns Cargo, Reid Furniture and Sleepmasters, has signed a five-year agreement with Leasedrive after a review, choosing a sole-supply approach instead of its previous multi-supplier approach.
Roddy Graham, commercial director at Leasedrive, said: “We have assisted Harveys with a car manufacturer review to improve company car driver choice and provide a better quality service as part of an employee's total reward package.
“We have also provided financial modelling to determine the optimum funding route, and are providing a duty-of-care service for cash allowance drivers.”
