Innovation Group has added a salary sacrifice cars to its flexible benefits plan for its 705 UK staff.
The scheme, provided by Tusker, allows employees at the global provider of software and outsourcing solutions for insurers to sacrifice part of their salary in return for a new car, which means they make savings on income tax and national insurance (NI).
Kevin Linsley, UK HR manager at Innovation Group, said: "The scheme offers a new car at a fixed cost, with no residual risk and savings in tax and NI. We also wanted to provide environmentally friendly cars."
