Europa has outsourced the management of its 350-strong fleet to Fleet Alliance.
The building and facilities management group, which employs around 4,000 staff, has around 110 company cars in the UK.
It first appointed Fleet Alliance two years ago to source new cars as part of an online fleet management service and to reduce fleet acquisition costs.
It has now decided to outsource all aspects of the management of its fleet as part of a three-year contract.
Fleet Alliance will be responsible for all day-to-day fleet administration, including invoice consolidation, licence checking, motoring offences, insurance updates, servicing and MOT reminders and damage disputes.
The fleet management firm will also provide support, liaison and communication for Europa’s company car drivers, including introducing a new-starter process and handling all driver queries, mileage reporting, tax discs and unallocated cars.
Greig Brown, chief executive at Europa, said: “Following a very successful two-year relationship, we are pleased to extend our arrangement with Fleet Alliance to fully-outsourced fleet management across our entire fleet.
“Using Fleet Alliance means we no longer have to predict our future fleet needs, while its approach maximises the potential of our fleet and achieves full value for money.”
