Cath Kidston is to introduce a group personal pension (GPP) scheme and group life benefit.

The household and clothing boutique will also introduce a salary sacrifice arrangement on contributions to the GPP, which will be launched in March through Aviva.

The firm will also change its pension provider as part of efforts to improve the technological aspects of how it is administered.

Staff will be able to access the GPP online and will be offered pensions modelling and targeting tools to plan their retirement savings.

The firm has also appointed independent financial advisory firm Creative Benefits Solutions, which will help to communicate the changes to staff this month.

Group presentations and one-to-one meetings will be held at the firm’s head office and distribution outlets to educate staff on pension targeting, making contributions via a salary sacrifice arrangement, asset allocation and risk profiling.

Creative Benefits Solutions is also overseeing the firm’s introduction of a group life benefit. †Pauline Buckley, head of HR at Cath Kidston, said: “Creative Benefits Solution’s all-round employee benefits solution, which includes consultancy on our pension and life insurance benefits, ensures our people have the most appropriate package of advice available to them.”
