Cardif Pinacle and sister company FTS have introduced an online employee discount scheme and are offering staff reductions on the price of disability aids.
The discount scheme, provided by Next Jump, was introduced to the companies' 620 employees in August, shortly after French parent company BNP Paribas implemented the perk for staff in its UK office.
Employees will be able to obtain discounts on a number of items, including theatre tickets, travel, electronic goods and jewellery by registering on a dedicated company -branded page on Next Jump's website.
As part of efforts to support staff with caring responsibilities, Cardif Pinacle and FTS have arranged for staff to receive discounts of between 10% and 20% on disability aids bought at a local pharmacy. Arrangements have also been made for the pharmacy to offer a free delivery and collection service for prescriptions.
