Capita is to acquire the resourcing and consultancy operations of Work Group through a trade and assets deal.
Work Group’s resourcing and consultancy operations provide employer branding and marketing, including employee engagement consulting and internal communications.
The deal, which follows Capita’s recent acquisition of ThirtyThree, aims to bolster the offering of the organisation’s employer branding agency.
The acquisition also aims to enable the integrated ThirtyThree team to strengthen its proposition to expand into new areas of the marketplace.
Capita will also acquire Work Group’s boutique candidate management and assessment operation, which will become part of Capita Resourcing.
The transaction will complete on 31 December, subject to final approval by Work Group shareholders.
