Healthcare organisation Bupa has promoted Zara Loughrey to reward director.
Loughrey will move from her current role as head of reward, Bupa Global to start in her new position.
Previously, Loughrey has worked as head of reward at Arqiva, UK head of HR at Pall Europe, and as reward director at Babcock International Group.
