Buck Consultants has appointed Girish Menezes as principal to lead the firm’s business development in the global HR technology and administration (GHRTA) practice in the UK and mainland Europe.
Menezes joins from a pensions outsourcing firm and has over 15 years’ experience to bring to the practice. He has knowledge of both in-house and outsourced administration of private sector pension and flex schemes and has most recently focused on pensions and benefits technology and outsourcing.
He has also worked with a large US-based pension and flex technology company, heading their business development function in the UK.
Reporting to Vinny Ehzuvan, head of GHRTA in Europe, Menezes will be responsible for proposition development, service specification and client management. Buck’s GHRTA practice offers integrated benefit administration and communication services, allowing clients to reduce costs, improve service delivery and focus on their core businesses.
