She will lead the organisation’s growing reward and benefits agenda, which includes the creation and implementation of a new reward strategy for more than 3,000 staff in the UK and Europe.

She previously held a reward and benefits role at Napp Pharmaceuticals. Before that, she was a tax manager at the pharmaceutical firm, as well as a tax adviser at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
