Bernard Matthews Farms has launched a car salary sacrifice scheme.
The scheme, which is provided by Pendragon Contracts, is capped at CO2 emissions of 110g/km and by P11d values, offering a range of cars aimed at encouraging staff to choose cars with lower emissions that will maximise savings and aid employee attraction and retention.
Bernadette King, senior buyer at Bernard Matthews Farms, said: “We have worked with Pendragon Contracts over several years for company cars so choosing the company to provide our salary sacrifice scheme was a natural fit.”
Neal Francis, divisional managing director for Pendragon Contracts, added: “’Simplydriveit’ ticked all the boxes for Bernard Matthews Farms and we are confident it will assist the [organisation] in delivering an effective and attractive employee benefits programme.”
