Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust, construction business Kier Group, and consumer goods organisation Unilever are among the organisations shortlisted in the Best benefits communications, large employer category at the Employee Benefits Awards 2019.
This accolade recognises the most effective and engaging benefits communication strategies implemented by employers with more than 5,000 members of staff.
The full category shortlist is:

- Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust (NUH) (entered by Vivup)
- Unilever (entered by Computershare)
The winning employer will be announced during the annual Employee Benefits Awards and Summer Party, to be held on Friday 7 June 2019 at The Pavilion at The Tower of London.
The festivities will be hosted by popular actor and comedian Kerry Godliman, who will reveal the winning organisations across 20 diverse categories during a three-course lunch. Other award categories include Best benefits to support work-life balance, Best financial wellbeing strategy, for large and small employers, and Best voluntary benefits, to name a few.
The afternoon event, which includes a welcome drinks reception and early evening summer party, will enable HR, benefits and reward professionals to network with industry peers, as well as celebrate successes from the past year with their team.
