Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance Company of Europe (ANDIE) has appointed Andy Preacher as its group head of people and culture UK.
In this role, Preacher will lead a cross-group team to develop engaged and high performing employees. He will be responsible for the full HR remit, and facilities management across the organisation’s UK sites.
Previously, Preacher worked as head of HR at Your Move, HR business partner, network news at the BBC, and as senior HR manager at Santander.
