Adams Morey has switched payroll software providers following a review prompted by the introduction of real-time information (RTI) reporting.

The legislation, which came in to effect on 6 April 2013, requires all employers to report pay-as-you-earn (PAYE) information to HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) in real time.

The truck supply firm, which now uses Earnie payroll software from Iris Software Group, also made the change to prepare for a significant time and attendance project due to roll out in 2013 and 2014, using provider Isys Systems.

Shaun Moody, IT manager at Adams Morey, said: “With the prospect of RTI submission looming we were grateful to Isys Systems for recommending Earnie software to us.

“The [time and attendance software] is soon to be installed at our 10 dealerships and will fully integrate with Earnie software.

“This, and the fact that the software is RTI-compliant, will give us the opportunity to develop a more integrated solution for our organisation.”
