Philips UK has launched a financial guidance service to support employees nearing retirement.
The service, provided by OpenRetirementClub, is delivered online and via employee forums.
The forums feature expert opinion from providers of retirement income and investment services. Employees can then seek specific financial advice or make informed decisions themselves.
