The life and pension provider has signed a four-year contract with Leasedrive, which will supply its Mycar scheme to the organisation.

Leasedrive has also helped to communicate the new benefit to employees.

John Wills, fleet manager at Prudential, said: “When we went out to tender it was important that we not only achieved a competitively priced arrangement, but found a partner that could deliver a scheme that was closely aligned to our culture.

“Employees have found the web-quoting system, to compare and select a [car], easy to use.”

Roddy Graham, commercial director of Leasedrive, added: “Communicating the offer in the right way to make for a compelling employee experience is a key ingredient in the salary sacrifice car mix.

“Prudential employees can benefit from the use of a more fuel-efficient, low-CO2 emitting, fully serviced and maintained new car, backed by insurance and accident management, at a fixed budgeted monthly cost.”
