Countrywide has promoted Neil Goodwin to head of reward.
He is now responsible for the execution and development of the organisation’s employee reward strategy.
Goodwin was previously reward manager at Countrywide, reward manager at Macmillan Science and Education, reward consultant at Hutchison 3G and HR reward and systems specialist at Unipart.
