Neil McCawley has been promoted to group head of reward at construction firm Wolseley.
He previously held the position of UK head of reward, benefits and policy.
Prior to joining Wolseley, McCawley’s roles included include pay and benefits manager at One Stop, and senior HR project manager at Barclays Bank.
