Chris Coyne has been appointed head of performance and reward by national defence organisation AWE.
He will take up the post at the end of April. At AWE, he will be responsible for benefits strategy, structures, incentives and all benefits including pensions. He will also oversee ownership of performance management.
Coyne previously spent six-and-a-half years as group head of reward and HR services at City and Guilds of London Institute.
