Towers Watson has launched an application (app) for the iPad, designed to provide human resource and benefit professionals with instant access to human capital data in 57 countries.
The TWGlobal50 app allows users to access and compare current and trend information in four major categories, including planned pay increases, employee engagement levels, healthcare benefit costs, and talent mobility rates.
The app is designed so that users are able to take a screen shot and instantly email it to colleagues. Additionally, users can follow various links in the app to obtain more information on each of the four categories.
Towers Watson said it expects to update and expand the application as clients begin to use it.
Julie Gebauer, global head of talent and rewards at Towers Watson, said: “With so many professionals on the road these days, the need for instant access to the latest information on HR and employee benefit trends has never been greater.
“We are excited to formally introduce our iPad application in response to this growing need and believe our app is hitting the market at exactly the right time.”
