Tom Russell is leaving Cancer Research UK on 4 December after more than five years with the organisation.
In his most recent role as director of HR performance programmes,
Russell was responsible for employee reward and recognition, among other HR duties. Prior to this, he held the role of director of strategic resourcing and reward.
Russell is leaving Cancer Research to establish his own HR consultancy business, Russell Sewell.
