She will cover the organisation’s pay and benefits strategy and implementation, including executive compensation.
Her previous roles include director of compensation and benefits, Europe, Middle East and Africa at CSC, pensions consultant at Alliance Boots, and head of reward and group pensions manager at Novar.
She also set up a consultancy called Reward Innovation in August 2013.
