Wendy Swift has joined hospitality organisation Whitbread as interim head of UK reward and performance.
Swift specialises in executive reward, long-term incentives, pensions, pay and bonus frameworks, flexible benefits, and recognition.
Swift's previous experience includes interim head of reward at Simplyhealth, and interim head of reward integration at Dixons Carphone. She is also director at Swift Reward Solutions.
