Staffcare has launched a new benefits portal, called flexeasy, for communicating and administering core and flexible benefits for businesses of all sizes.

Through the portal a selection of more than 20 benefits are available from three different providers, which employers can pick and choose from.

A typical flex project takes anywhere between three and nine months to complete, but Staffcare claims this can be reduced to less than three weeks with the new portal.

The preferred benefits providers are selected based on their popularity and suitability for the SME sector, and a fully-operational benefits portal with all associated content and communication materials can be set up within a matter of days.

The benefits include childcare vouchers, bikes to work, dental cover, healthcare cash plan and private medical insurance.†

Employers can also load any existing core benefits data into the portal and produce personalised total reward statements for all employees.

Phil Hollingdale, founder and chief executive officer at Staffcare, said: "As well as getting a portal to communicate and manage flexible benefits, [employers] can also use the software for HR self-service and as an HR intranet for publishing handbooks and other data."
