BT, Saga, Asda and TalkTalk were among the employers awarded for their employee share plans at the IFS Proshare Awards 2014 on 26 November.
All winners were commended for their contribution to fostering employee share ownership.
Saga won the award for best new share plan, while BT was awarded for their effective us of technology.
The awards were attended by over 400 representatives of companies, advisers and administrators atten, and were hosted by writer and broadcaster Gyles Brandreth.

Alan Scott, head of employee share ownership at IFS Proshare, said: “The past year has seen continued interest and growth in employee share ownership and this is reflected in the record number, and quality, of the entries we have received.
“It was especially pleasing to see entries from new companies in a wide range of businesses, including those from the technology, banking, property and entertainment industries.”
