Mills and Reeve rewards 1,000 employees with £1,000 bonus

Law firm Mills and Reeve is rewarding all 1,000 employees with a bonus payment of up to £1,111 due to the organisation seeing a 2.9% increase in turnover during the last financial year.

Full-time employees that have worked at the business for just under a year will receive £966, while those that have worked at the business for five years and above will receive £1,111. The bonus is pro-rated for part-time employees and staff who have been with the firm for less than a year.

Throughout the Covid-19 (Coronavirus) pandemic, Mills and Reeve has supported the wellbeing of its employees with daily updates from the management team, weekly Zoom support calls, pulse surveys, and one-to-one support from its team of wellbeing supporters and champions. It has also signed up to the Mindful Business Charter, a collaboration between leading banks and law firms, committed to driving change by fostering better working practices for mental health and wellbeing.
