Pauline Wright joins Gallagher

Insurance firm Arthur J Gallagher has appointed Pauline Wright HR analyst.

Her previous roles include compensation specialist at BlackRock Investment Management, senior compensation and benefits analyst at TK Maxx and its parent company TJX Europe, and compensation and benefits analyst at Joanna David HR Solutions.

Wright has previously carried out pay and bonus reviews, job evaluations, salary surveys and benchmarking. She said: “In my new role, the plan is to move more of the compensation and benefits activities into the role.”
