Panasonic Europe has launched a voluntary benefits scheme to complement a flexible benefits plan due to launch in July.
Through the voluntary benefits scheme, which is provided by LogBuy, Panasonic’s 550 UK employees can access lifestyle deals and discounts online via their company portal or with a benefits card which allows them to redeem local discounts in-store.
Beverly King, compensation and benefits advisor at Panasonic, said: “Not only did LogBuy offer competitive pricing for its voluntary benefits programme but it also enables employees to get direct discounts on well-established suppliers.
“It is great employees can recommend potential new suppliers to obtain discounts through the portal, and it is all with minimal administration from us as a company.”
