RS Components has appointed Nik Butcher reward manager.
For the past two years, he was senior general manager reward, UK, Ireland and Nordics, at Ceva Logistics.
Previous roles include: interim reward specialist at Home Retail Group, reward consultant at Twenty-Two Consulting, compensation and benefits manager at British Sugar, distribution reward manager at Tesco Stores and reward manager at Tesco Distribution.
Leanne McLean will take over Butcher’s role at Ceva. Her previous roles include reward specialist at ATS Euromaster and reward manager at Eversheds.
