Mitsubishi UFJ Securities International is to add a cycle-to-work scheme to its flexible benefits plan which is entering its second year. Glenn Coleman, compensation and benefits manager at the financial services company, said: "We are just in the throes of nailing down additional things for this year. There will be one or two extras and the cycle scheme will be one of those." Just under two-thirds of the firm's 450 employees adjusted their package when the scheme launched last year. Staff can select perks in April for when the new flex year comes into effect in May. A voluntary benefits plan is also currently waiting for approval for a planned April launch.
