Malmaison is to launch a website in September to communicate benefits to staff and prospective employees as a means of aiding recruitment and retention.

The hotel group hopes the site will better communicate perks that include pensions, healthcare and voluntary benefits, having previously relied on a handbook.

The firm will give potential recruits access to the site via the careers page on its main website.

Sean Wheeler, group director of personal development at Malmaison, said: "As the firm grows, the site will be updated and refreshed."

Davidson Asset Management will provide the site, Asperity Employee Benefits will provide the voluntary benefits, and HSA an employee assistance programme, and dental insurance and a cash plan, both as voluntary benefits.
