Contracting firm Liquid Friday has introduced a voluntary benefits programme for its 2,000 contractors.
Through the programme, Liquid Friday aims to boost staff engagement and help employees retain more of their take-home pay by taking advantage of discounts and savings on everyday items.
The scheme, provided by Perkbox, gives employees access to a range of practical and recreational perks, such as discounted gym memberships, theatre and cinema tickets, spa days, retail, technology and travel discounts.
Staff can redeem the benefits via an online platform or smartphone app.
Joe Taffurelli, operations manager at Liquid Friday, said: “Although we have a loyal contractor base, employee engagement and retention will always be difficult. From April, we will face fresh challenges as the government introduces new legislation, restricting the money contractors can claim on travel and subsistence costs.
