Lee Smith has joined Catlin as benefits and international assignments manager. He will be covering for Rebecca Prebble while she is on maternity leave for 12 months. Smith's main responsibilities will be to oversee the company's benefits and deal with international assignees.
Smith joins Catlin from Bovis Lend Lease, where he was benefits manager and had similar responsibilities.
