The proportion of employers that attribute lack of motivation as one of the reasons for sickness absence levels has doubled, according to the Employee Benefits/HSF Health Plan Healthcare Research 2010.

The proportion of employers citing lack of motivation has risen to 8% from 4% in 2009.
