The UK Border Agency has appointed Jane Vivier as its senior reward manager.
She will leave her current role as reward adviser at Kent County Council in September.
Vivier said that she is looking forward to the strategic element of her new role, as well as the challenge of working in a new environment.
She said: "I will be more involved in strategic reward. At the moment, about 30% of my role is strategic but [at UK Border Agency] it will probably be more like 70% strategic."
