Interserve employees are to see an average profit increase of £1,122 for their share save scheme.

The support services and construction organisation’s share save scheme, which currently has more than 700 UK employees signed up and is administered by YBS Share Plans, has matured to 489.0p, up from 369.8p on maturity in October 2012.

Trevor Bradbury, group secretary of Interserve, said: “It’s important to give our staff the chance to own a part of the organisation they contribute so much to and to be given the chance to share directly in our success.”

Paul Sharp, YBS share plans consultant, added: “Sharesave schemes are an excellent way for employers to give their employees a chance to be a true part of the organisation and we continue to see a great uptake by employees in these schemes.”
