Home Retail Group is updating its voluntary benefits website to offer employees more flexibility in accessing their rewards information.

The website will offer Home Retail Group’s 52,000 employees access to over 4,000 discounts and offers on the go, through multiple channels including phone, internet and card.

The retailer, which owns Argos and Homebase, will be launching the website on 14 February with Personal Group.

Debbie Cam, colleague services manager at Home Retail Group, said: “We are very excited to be launching this website from Personal Group that allows employees to be more interactive with the benefits on offer through a variety of channels.

“With an increase in communications channels becoming available it is important we give colleagues the flexibility to access their benefits information through the channels they prefer.”
