Heath Lambert and Wealth at Work have teamed up to offer benefits consulting supported by workplace financial education and advice.
Employers that sign up for the joint services will have access to Heath Lambert’s new benefits platform, which includes online flexible benefits enrolment and communication of total reward. The platform also operates in tandem with the corporate individual savings account (Isa) and workplace self-invested personal pension (Sipp) provided by Wealth at Work.
Services provided through the partnership cover a number of areas, including pensions and benefits, flexible benefits and technology, design and delivery of financial education in the workplace, marketing services to maximise employee engagement, and investment and workplace-saving vehicles, such as the Isa and Sipp.
Terry Gostelow, consultant at Heath Lambert Employee Benefits, said: “Partnering with Wealth at Work allows us to enhance the communication and education services we are able to offer.”
Jonathan Watts-Lay, director at Wealth at Work, added: “What makes the difference is ensuring that benefits provision is appropriate for each employee segment and that employees understand how to drive maximum value from it. This increases engagement."
