Galen Health has extended its concierge healthcare product to include a voluntary option for larger organisations.
Employers with more than 100 staff can now offer the scheme on a voluntary basis at a discounted rate. Previously, it was available only on an employer-paid basis.
The scheme includes medical support through face-to-face and telephone access to a private GP, nurse and account manager.
Lee Simms, business development director at Galen, said: “The service addresses common illnesses and removes reliance on the NHS to get staff back to work.”
