The reward, compensation and HR industry is gathering at the Lancaster London on 9 March for Employee Benefits Connect 2016.
The event will provide delegates with the opportunity to hear the latest thinking on the future of reward across four conference streams: financial wellbeing, employee benefits strategy, global reward and workplace wellbeing.
Speakers include Embarrassing Bodies’ Dr Pixie McKenna, Joanna Bean, head of reward, human resources at Samsung UK and Ireland, Adam Brooke, international benefits manager at Standard Chartered Bank, and Spencer Roach, total reward manager EMEA at Cisco International, with topics ranging from strategies to overcome the stigma of mental ill-health in the workplace to using data analytics to future proof employee benefits.
Delegates also have the chance to take part in interactive roundtable sessions to discuss everything from harnessing gamification techniques to engage generation Z, and examining how behavioural science can help reward professionals, to the use of sports to create a more active and engaged workforce, and addressing current and future pensions education issues.
The event will open with a keynote speech by Nigel Jeremy, chief learning officer at British Airways, who will present the latest thinking on how the range of different generations in the workplace might affect employee benefits in the future.
Perry Timms, director, people and learning at Media Zoo, and an adviser to the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) on social media and engagement, will close the day’s event with a keynote presentation on the digital future of the workplace, including technological innovation, shifts in working habits and the creation of new ways to lead and be successful.
Attendees can also learn more about the latest products and services at the Employee Benefits Connect exhibition, which comprises leading suppliers from across the industry.
