Finning UK and Ireland has renewed its employer-funded employee health cash plan contract for two more years.

The equipment dealer’s health cash plan is provided to non-management employees at all of the organisation’s depots, from Cornwall to the Scottish Highlands.

Nearly 60% of the workforce has opted to join the plan, which is provided by Paycare, and 139 employees have also taken the option to pay for additional cover.

The plan enables employees to claim back 100% of money spent on healthcare up to an annual limit, including dental, optical, day surgery, new child payment, health screening, consultations and tests, and professional therapies such as chiropody and osteopathy.

An online health assessment and a counselling helpline is also included.
