EXCLUSIVE: More than two-fifths (43%) have not see any impact from changes to salary sacrifice arrangements, according to research by Employee Benefits.
The Benefits research 2019, which was published in May 2019 and canvassed the views of 290 HR professionals, found that the proportion of respondents that have not felt the impact of salary sacrifice changes has stayed much the same since last year. However, 27% have reviewed their benefits strategy as a result, up from 18% in 2018.
In addition, 9% noted an increase in take-up of benefits that are exempt from the changes, which, although still a limited amount, is more than double the 4% who said so back in 2018.
