Market research firm Kantar Worldpanel has held financial education sessions as part of its efforts to improve employees' wellbeing.
The hour-long sessions showed staff how they could save money on mortgages, power bills, banking, and car and house insurance. They were also given information about Kantar's group personal pension scheme.
The firm also invited staff to take part in an online financial health check, which resulted in them receiving a personalised action plan telling them how to make the most of their money now and plan for the future.
Hema Patel, compensation and benefits manager, said: "We have a very young staff population just starting off their life. Because most of them are graduates, when they move down to London, they often ask if there is any help we can give them in terms of moving house or advice on the local area.
"We also thought it would be good if we started helping them with their finances and how to save. We always have people taking out a lot of loans, so learning how to manage their finances when they are new to the area would really help them."
