Judging the Employee Benefits Awards offers ideas to bring back to your own organisation, said Susan Gee, employee health and wellbeing manager at Yorkshire Water, in an interview with Debbie Lovewell-Tuck, deputy editor of Employee Benefits.

She said: “It’s one of the reasons I agreed to judge, because I knew there would be such a high standard of entrants and massive ideas.

“I’m not going to reveal what I’ve stolen, but there are a couple of ideas that we could definitely look into expanding [at Yorkshire Water].”

The quality and the standard of submissions was fantastic, she added.

“It was amazing to see a wide range of things that were very creative from very little.

“There were some really clever ideas.”

The winners of the Employee Benefits Awards 2014 will be announced during a lunch-time ceremony at the Artillery Garden at the HAC, London, on 27 June 2014.
