David MacLeod will be a keynote speaker at Employee Benefits Live 2012 ahead of the publication of the MacLeod report update due in October.
MacLeod, co-chair of the Employee Engagement Taskforce and co-author of the MacLeod Report on Employee Engagement, will be the keynote speaker on the second day of the Employee Benefits Live conference on 26 September.
He will be speaking alongside Louise Beardmore, head of organisation development and HR at United Utilities, about the importance of employee engagement at a time when budgets are being tightened, and how employers can engage with staff in good and bad times.
The MacLeod report, which was published in 2009, found that employee engagement could positively impact on the performance of UK organisations. An update of the report is due to be published in October 2012.
