Asda, Hays, Kingfisher, Nationwide Building Society, and Tesco Bank are among the organisations to share expert industry knowledge at Employee Benefits Live 2017.
Employee Benefits Live, the largest employee reward and benefits event in Europe, will return to Olympia National, London, on 10-11 October 2017, in association with Conduent HR Services.
The detailed conference programme includes five different conference streams on each day of the two-day event. Delegates attending on Tuesday 10 October will be able to attend streams on workplace pensions; health and wellbeing; employee engagement; HR strategy; and benefits strategy. On Wednesday 11 October, the streams will focus around financial wellbeing; benefits technology; global reward; diversity and inclusion; and benefits on a budget.
Employee Benefits Live will allow HR, benefits and reward professionals to gain valuable insights and ideas from key industry leaders on all aspects of reward and benefits.
This includes Ian Baines (pictured), head of pensions at Nationwide Building Society, who will examine how to boost retirement prospects for employees, and Jane Earnshaw, senior director, reward at Asda, who will discuss how digital strategies are driving user experience around benefits.
In addition, Rosemary Lemon, group head of reward at Hays, and Paul Nelson, group head of reward at Travis Perkins, will explore how employers can support staff with their financial wellbeing journeys.
Other speakers include Anna Kadanya, group HR reward at Kingfisher, and Kathy Allison, global HR director at FitFlop, who will discuss global engagement and reward strategies, and John Dickinson, Tesco Group diversity and inclusion manager at Tesco Bank, who will share insights on how to champion a diverse and inclusive culture through a benefits strategy.
Attendees at the event will also be able to network with a wide range of employee benefits providers in the exhibition hall to find out more about the latest products and services on the market.
