Keeping a benefits package fresh is the only way of making sure it remains interesting and continues to appeal to employees for any length of time.

The best way for employers to achieve this is to regularly review and monitor their package, with a view to adding perks that staff are likely to value and removing those with a low take-up. Some employers will do this in response to employee feedback, while others will base their decisions on what other employers are doing in their sector.
